The process for our full design and build stage is as follows,
Initial consultation:
We will meet you to discuss your business needs, establish a budget, likes and dislikes and what you want to achieve from that all important first impression to an outside space for your staff.
Site survey –
We will take a full survey of the area including taking measurements, levels, existing vegetation, sun and shade patterns, etc.
Design brief –
We will work with you to create a design brief, suggesting possible elements, layout and ideas – this will help to ensure that everyone is on the same page in terms of how to develop the space.
The budget for the project will be set at this stage.
Design proposals –
An initial design will be done for you approval, including sketch visuals, based on the design brief and budget. This will ensure that you know how the space can look and therefore make a more informed decision on aspects like materials and positioning of key components etc.
An estimate of final cost will be provided at this stage
Final Designs –
A full and final design will be provided to you including full and accurate costing, ready for implementation. A works schedule will be provided to ensure you know exactly what will be happening and when.
Implementation –
The area will be landscaped by skilled and experienced landscapers according to the design and works schedule approved by you. finished to a high standard with the minimum of disruption
