Commercial Design
Our experienced and qualified landscape designer will work with you to design a space to fit your needs and budget. Putting you at the centre of the design process helps us to create a space appropriate for your business.
The design process is as follows.
Initial consultation:
We will meet you to discuss your needs, establish a budget for materials, likes and dislikes and what you hope to achieve. from that all important first impression to an area for your staff.
Site survey –
We will take a full survey of the area including taking measurements, levels, existing vegetation, sun and shade patterns, etc.
Design brief –
We will work with you to create a design brief – this will help to ensure that everyone is on the same page in terms of how to develop the area.
Design proposals –
An initial design will be done for your approval, including sketch visuals, based on the design brief and budget. This will ensure that you know how the area can look and therefore make a more informed decision on aspects like materials and positioning of key components etc.
An estimate of final material costs will be provided at this stage
Final Designs –
A full and final design will be provided to you including material specs ready for pricing by contractor and implementation
The design service is a fixed price service from £300 to £600 depending on the size of the area.
